How does the subscription work?
You can simply choose to subscribe to receive 1 posy per week for 4 weeks. You pick the preferred day you want it delivered and each week a fresh new posy will be at your door step. The option of a 10 week subscription is also available.
Can I choose what flowers I want in my posy?
Our concept is a little different to your typical florist; it’s simple, leave the hard part up to us. We create one unique posy of fresh seasonal flowers for $29. Everyday we deliver, a different unique posy is created.
Will my flowers look the same as in the picture?
We pride ourselves on making the same bunch as advertised for every order. However, all flowers are different so we cannot guarantee it will look identical, at times certain flower buds may be more closed than others… but hey, that just means they will bloom later and last longer.
Posy Lane Co. reserves the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of specific flower types.
When and where do you deliver?
We deliver every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends, with the exception of Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day). You are always welcome to pre-order on the weekends and for special occasions. We deliver to all Gold Coast hospitals, businesses , schools and a large majority of coastal suburbs. Have a look at our suburb list below to see if you’re included. All business deliveries are done between 1pm and 5:30pm, residential until 6pm.
Which suburbs do you deliver to?
Our delivery suburbs are listed on any product page in the drop down list. Suburbs outside this list will incur an additional delivery fee, as explained on the product page, we can deliver as far North as Runaway Bay and as far South as Kingscliff.
Do you have a cut off time?
Same day online orders are available until 1pm standard eastern Australian time, in the case we sell out before 1pm we will notify you via social media and our website.
Can I order for another date?
Of course, we would love you to! This is what we call a pre-order, our posies are created fresh daily, so the flowers you send for a different date will be different than the posy today.
Do you do special events or functions?
If you have a special event coming up and want the room looking colourful and cute, please inquire via emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or head over to our Events page to check out some of our previous events we have done.
What if no one is home to receive your Posy?
If you aren’t home when we deliver that’s not a problem, your posy will be placed in the safest spot possible. Not to worry though, your posy comes in a jar filled with water so it’ll stay fresh for a couple of hours. You are welcome to leave instructions on the order page if you know in advance. Additional delivery charges may apply if we need to deliver the gift more than once.
How do I care for my flowers?
Here are some simple care instructions to keep your blooms looking beautiful for longer!
– Cut stems 2cm on an angle
– Change water every 2-3 days
– Keep out of direct sunlight and heat to prevent wilting
– Drop a capful of bleach into the jar and refill water frequently
– Most importantly.. show them off to your friends and family 🙂
Posy Lane Co. cannot cancel any order that has already been made after 1pm, even if we have not delivered the order. If the cancellation request is made before 1pm, then we may be able to cancel the order. However, Posy Lane Co. cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled.
It is not normally Posy Lane Co.’s policy to refund the price of the product. However, as every customer and posy are individual, (and therefore may require a decision on a case-by-case basis), please contact us so we can determine the best solution to the problem.
